Given each bride / bridesmaids measurements, we work with each individual to decide upon which size would work best.
We suggest our lovely brides / bridesmaids have themselves measured at their local tailor or dressmaker if ordering online, otherwise our staff are able to measure you in store. If none of these options are available, use a soft measuring tape and follow the guidelines below:
- Always measure over undergarments for the most precise information.
- Hold the tape measure close to the body but not too tight. Allow a finger’s width between the body and the tape.
- BUST: Measure the fullest part of your bust. Be proud!
- WAIST: The tape should wrap around the waist at the same level as your garment’s waist. Samantha Wynne dresses are high-waisted (the level of your navel) while our skirts are meant to sit slightly lower. Don’t suck in! Be comfortable.
- HIP: Measure the fullest part of your hip. Girls, this is your least favourite area.
Next, use our sizing chart to find your nearest Samantha Wynne size. Keep in mind that we have specially created these sizing formulas according to our dress patterns, so your Samantha Wynne size may not be the same as your usual size. If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size.

For Australia wide shipping , all items are sent using Australia Post with an express service. This usually has a guaranteed next day delivery (this may vary depending on the destination). This is a door to door with an online tracking service.
Made to Order:
Lead times may vary for most of our made to order, hand finished gowns and accessories. Please contact us if you require your order urgently. We will try our best to send your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are subject to the availability of our limited edition fabrics, laces and hand beaded embellishments.
International Shipping & Sales
For all International shipping, we use couriers, which usually have a 2 to 5 working day delivery time (this may vary depending on the destination). This is a door to door with an online tracking service, requiring a signature on delivery. Deliveries to destinations outside of Australia are required to be processed for clearance in customs so import duty and taxes will apply to these deliveries. Import duties and taxes will be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Payment of import duties and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note that you will need to take responsibility for the payment of any import duties in your own country. We are unable to advise on the import and duty rates as these will vary according to the destination.
ReturnsIf for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Faulty Items: If you would like to return a faulty item, we will accept the item and repair it in the first instance. If we are unable to repair the item, we will accept a return of a faulty item and replace the item, in the same size, subject to availability. If we are unable to offer a replacement item, we will accept a return of a faulty item and offer a credit note for the purchase price of the item.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Samantha Wynne will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
