Honeymoon Inspo Western Australia
Here at Samantha Wynne we meet brides every day and often the honeymoon conversation comes up. We just love to travel and we are constantly swooning over the romantic honeymoon options across Australia and overseas that we hear about. Sometimes we are asked for recommendations and got us thinking… why not put a focus on our beautiful home Western Australia? So we have decided to blog on some of the stunning places on our doorstep… or at least a couple of hours drive away!
Broome & North West
We hear so many beautiful engagement stories from our Perth girls when it comes to Broome. So what can you do there? You can enjoy stunning beaches, peace, tranquillity and spectacular sunsets. Between May and October you can witness “The Staircase to the Moon” which will truly blow you away. It is the perfect place to just chill out and people travel from overseas to tick it off their bucket list… so take advantage of this beautiful place in Western Australia.
Another beautiful spot to consider if you are looking to travel around the North West would be Karijini National Park where you can take in the spectacular gorges, waterfalls and an unforgettable outback experience.

Coral Coast
This is definitely the place to explore if you enjoy the great outdoors. With breath taking views and the opportunity to experience nature there are no better spots than Ningaloo, Kalbarri, Coral Bay, Monkey Mia, Shark Bay and the Pinnacles to name a few on the Coral Coast.
Accommodation recommendation: Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef

Margaret River & South West
Our instant thoughts when it comes to Margaret River: wine, cheese, chocolate, gourmet food, nature, breath taking views… what more could you want. If you are looking to come back revitalised from your honeymoon, then Margaret River is the place for you!
There is so much to do here but definitely pencil in these 2 vineyards (celebrity favourites): Leeuwin Estate and Aravina Estate
Your adventure does not have to stop in Margaret River though as there are other amazing places to visit such as Bussleton, Albany, Dunsborough which are all only a car ride away.
There are so many accommodation recommendations we have found this very tricky but here is what we deem to be luxury.

Perth
Did you know Perth is the world’s most isolated city with nothing but ocean until Africa! Perth enjoys more days of sunshine than any other Australia capital city and it is a fantastic base when it comes to getting to Swan Valley and Rottnest. Perth is spoilt with fabulous hotels and amazing restaurants and bars. It is home to all of us at Samantha Wynne but we still never get bored as there is always something to do!
