Terms and Conditions

All orders placed on this website are subject to the following terms and conditions below.

Urgent orders are often possible, please just make a note at checkout and we will confirm within 24hours. [excluding Sundays and Public Holidays].

Cancellations
All cancellations on pre-orders must be within 48 hours of ordering. A cancellation fee may be charged if an item has already commenced the manufacturing process. These orders are being manufactured at your request.

Faulty items - Samantha Wynne takes great care in producing and checking your items prior to sending. If items are deemed manufacture faulty upon receiving, please contact us immediately by Email to sales@samanthawynne.com.au and we will confirm how to return this for repair or exchange. Samantha Wynne will rectify this in the quickest time possible.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Non-returnable items
Prizes and Promotions.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7-10 days after delivery


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Sale items and discounted items are sold in "as is" condition. Upon purchasing a sale or discounted item you acknowledge accepting that items are samples and/or floor stock and are not in original condition.

For our international brides - shipping is available worldwide. Before purchasing please note that all sales are final - we do not accept returns on sample sale dresses. Your gown will be dispatched within 1 business day from the placement of your order. If you are considering buying online and would like more information on your desired dress please contact us, we can organise a Zoom meeting and you can see your gown prior to purchasing. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All Samantha Wynne products are meticulously hand made, if for what ever reason an item ordered isn't suitable you can exchange within 7 days of purchase, we do not offer refunds.

Please choose your items carefully as unless the item is faulty, shipping costs for exchanges are at your own cost.

Please note that due to health and safety regulations we can not accept earrings back for exchange. Please select wisely, if earrings prove to be faulty we will offer you an exchange.

Orders sent back for exchange must be packaged well in original box/packaging and returned to Shop 1,190 Scarborough Beach Road, Mt Hawthorn, WA 6016.

Please add your invoice number in the package and we will contact you once we have received it to discuss your exchange.

Faulty pieces

Here at Samantha Wynne we pride ourselves on quality products, and exceptional customer service that you would expect from an industry leader. If your piece is faulty we will quickly offer to repair or exchange . Simply touch base with our team, and arrange to send back the product to the address provided above.

Damaged Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@samanthawynne.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
