Wedding Day Purse Essentials Checklist

Hello #realbridebrigade,

My Wedding Purse, was filled to the brim!!! I am often asked by my clients, should they purchase a purse for the day?  I am a huge fan of having your own "go to" purse for the day. It's nice to know, you have it ready for any little surprises that may occur. Let's face it, we can never predict the small hiccups....

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and it's essential to have all the essentials you need to ensure that everything runs smoothly. It also gives you peace of mind. A wedding day purse is a must-have for any bride, as it allows you to keep all your essentials organized and within reach. In this guide, we'll go over the essential items you should have in your wedding day purse.

  1. Cash and credit cards: Bring a small amount of cash for tips and any last-minute expenses. Make sure to also bring your credit cards in case of emergency.

  2. Tissues: Tissues are a must-have on your wedding day, as they come in handy for wiping away happy tears.

  3. Lip balm and hand lotion: Your wedding day can be long, and you'll want to keep your lips and hands moisturized.

  4. Breath mints: Keep a pack of breath mints in your purse to ensure that your breath stays fresh throughout the day.

  5. Pain relievers: Bring a small pack of pain relievers in case of headaches or other aches and pains.

  6. Hair accessories: Bring any hair accessories, such as bobby pins or hair ties, in case of any unexpected hair malfunctions. A mini hair-spray too!

  7. Safety pins: Safety pins are a must-have on your wedding day, as they come in handy for quick fixes and emergency repairs.

  8. Phone and charger: Make sure your phone is fully charged and bring a charger in case it runs out of battery during the day.

  9. Baby wipes!!! Fabulous for little spills, that may happen. Particularly if you have "little people" involved in your bridal party.

  10. Double sided tape. Essential.

  11. Deodrant - To do the essential "top-up" before arriving at your Reception.

  12. Your speech....don't forget this one! After a few champagnes, it's nice to know it is there.
