Jo & Brian
Jo and Brian first met in South Perth and it was soon after their initial meeting & date that they realized on a trip down south to Margaret River, (actually only a couple of months after they met) that they were soul mates & marriage wouldn’t be far away!
Respecting each other’s busy work schedules and commitments, lending an ear after a rough day or week and cherishing the time they manage to spend together and enjoy each other’s company is all a relationship needs.
To be with someone who truly understands you enables your relationship to grow and develop very quickly.
Brian and Jo have celebrated some very special milestones already!
The proposal was very romantic with Brian popping the question on a beautiful and secluded part of Cable Beach much to Jo’s surprise and delight.
They had travelled to Broome for the infamous Broome Cup.
The Wedding and Reception was held on 3rd November 2018 at the South of Perth Yacht Club, Brian & Jo wanted the wedding to be an intimate affair with 48 guests of family and very close friends.
Only their very nearest and dearest, paired with good food and good wine.
Brian wore Terrace Men and Jo wore the most beautiful wedding dress customised by one of our favourite Australian designers in store, Wendy Makin Bridal Designs.
I must say, the team &I looked so forward to every one of Jo’s fittings.
We had lots of laughter and some tears and it made us grateful that we had been a part of this wonderful woman’s journey leading up to her Wedding Day.
The Samantha Wynne veil was a perfect finishing touch.
It was very important to Jo & Brian to have everyone having a good time and live music was important too.
The Entertainment was the Baker Boys live band playing 70’s 80’s and 90’s music, this is definitely the perfect way to ensure everyone up and dancing.
Jo has sent us through some incredible photos from Wedding Photographer Imajica- Andrew Burns. Andrew’s information can be found on this direct link.
Sweet Pea and Pebbles were the creative team behind the wedding flowers. They did a beautiful job https://www.sweetpeaandpebbles.com.au/and Brian & Jo’s other suppliers
the Reception Décor was Orielle

one of Samantha’s favourite’s in Perth.
The entire group worked wonders and with the final touches from Ceremony Secrets http://www.ceremonysecrets.com.au/ and custom made neon flamingo signs by Love letters https://loveletters.net.au/, made for a very emotional, happy day and the wonderful couple, wouldn’t change a thing ( except maybe do it all over again!).
